Tripling in size in the last 18 months, we have met the demands of the market whilst building strong training, development and progression strategies to support this growth.The RoleReporting into our Director and Co-founder and currently SEEK's Recruitment Leader of the Year, this is a billing manager position which currently has a focus on HR and TA placements within the start up/ scale up technology space.With huge progression opportunities in a business which is passionate about growth and development internally, this is an opportunity for an emotionally intelligent, values based leader who is passionate about people experience.The Duties
Managing and leading a team of two and utilising learning budget and training programs to develop, grow and mentor your team
Running a desk with sourcing support by associate consultant
Working closely with co-founder and director to build strategy for HR and Talent division
Leverage Lotus People's market leading tech stack to drive efficiencies and process improvements across the team
Generate business for division and wider business through targeted, strategic and consistent business development and client acquisition initiatives and activities
Negotiate commercial terms of business and act as escalation point for consultants regarding client communications
Nurture existing relationships and Lotus People experience levels with clients and candidates
ExperienceIdeally, you will have a network within HR and Talent, however we are open to all levels and all candidate backgrounds, as culture fit is our primary guide for this role.In order to be successful, our ideal candidate will need to be;
Experienced within agency recruitment and leadership
Values based and collaborative in their style
