Risk Consulting is a growing business that focuses on helping our clients understand, manage, and oversee their risks, including conduct and regulatory change.
Your Opportunity
As an Associate Director, you will be leading teams in delivering unique, innovative and strategic solutions that will enhance the client enterprise risk management approach. You will be responsible for driving growth and new initiatives across sectors working closely with the Partnership in leading business development pursuits across the division.
- Lead a team that advises high profile clients with operational and strategic initiatives focusing on risk management, governance, process review and controls and technology risks.
- Support and grow a diverse portfolio of clients across our Risk Consulting and internal audit business.
- Manage the overall scoping, execution and delivery on a variety of internal audits as well as Risk Consulting and advisory projects, including procurement, safety, financial controls, governance and operations.
- Provide technical knowledge, direction, coaching and training to colleagues through day-to-day management of teams on engagements.
- Lead go to market initiatives and business development, with the ability to target clients and markets that interest you.
- You are passionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create change. You are able to digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms.
- You are a relationship builder, with great communication skills and the knack for building and managing relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Recent experience in a risk, governance, project assurance or internal audit role either in industry or in a client facing role.
- Experience in client relationship management and/or business development.
- Deep understanding and appreciation for risk and controls gained in agile and high-performing environments, ideally with exposure to professional services or consulting
- A desire to collaborate in teams on short- and long- term projects with a proven track record in contributing to and delivering projects successfully
- An interest in personal development and willingness to learn new techniques, and stay abreast of the market
A tertiary qualification or post-grad qualifications such as CIA/CPA/CA will be viewed favourably, however, we are also happy to consider people from other backgrounds such as engineering, project management, change management, sustainability, data analytics, economics, business administration and information technology.
