We are seeking an Associate Director to lead the Managed Services Product Portfolio and team to realise market share and profitable P&L growth in line with Enterprise & Business Strategy.
This role will own the 3-year Portfolio Product Strategy & Roadmap, Product investments & development programs, plus Lifecycle management of Managed Services Products & Solutions offerings to ensure Optus is positioned with compelling & differentiated in-market service offers, with phenomenal customer service experiences and simple, cost effective employee experience across all products in the portfolio across all Enterprise and Business Market segments of Small Business, Mid-Market, Enterprise & Government.

- A key focus for this role is to lead the Managed Services Product P&L including Product strategy and roadmap plus execution plan that balances short, medium, and long-term objectives.
- Responsibility of defining market growth opportunities from Voice of Customer insights aligned to Optus' unique value proposition and points of differentiation aligned to delivering customer value drivers, including business case investments, Product development, Product launch activities and Lifecycle management.
- Product & Services Revenue and bottom-line EBIT/EBITDA
- Customer facing collaterals and documentation reflecting Product & Solution Offer & Value propositions.
- Campaigns and customer targeting to generate leads and pipeline.
- Support sales to achieve sales order and churn/resign targets.
- Delivery of new offerings and lifecycle initiatives for Managed Services Products & Solutions
- Standard pricing aligned with external benchmarks and OE positioning.
- Management Reporting and Planning of annual Operating Plan prepared and presented annually.
It starts with you!
- Validated product management experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on Managed Services.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Managed Services for Telco and ICT solutions.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation of deliverables. Ability to meet tight timelines and work across the business to drive outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen skills with consistent record of delivering within budget. Good operational judgement to ensure spend is optimised to maximise return on investment.
- Experience developing and leading high-performance teams. A mentor who empowers and motivates their team for independent decision making.
- You have strong experience with dashboard reporting and ITIL.
