Leading projects from initial pitch to final presentation, you’ll partner with senior decision-makers at many of Australia’s most prestigious retail, technology, and services brands and be seen as the go-to for delivering insights that shape growth.
Associate Directors have a seat at the leadership table, contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the business. Equally confident with hands-on data analysis as you are with strategic storytelling, c-suite presentations, and mentoring juniors, you’ll thrive working in an agile and consultative environment.

We’re looking for proven quantitative researchers who can combine advanced quantitative analytics with creative thinking through a strategic mindset, deepening relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
The essentials:
- 5+ years’ experience in market research agency consulting
- Proven experience managing ad-hoc projects from pitch through to presentation.
- Quantitative capabilities (SPSS/Q)
- Commercial acumen & ability to grow and win new business
- Strategic mindset & strong interpersonal skills
- An ability to translate complex methods and tools into simple solutions
