The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is looking for an Associate Director, Patient Transport Service, who will provide strategic leadership, planning, development, management, and delivery of the Patient Transport Service, ensuring safe, effective, efficient, and value-for-money service delivery.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and management of the Patient Transport Service, ensuring it operates safely, effectively, and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, aligning teams with organisational values and goals, and providing effective financial and people management. Collaboration with peers, building a constructive team culture, and role modelling expected behaviours will be essential. Additionally, you will use your exceptional communication, engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills to build and maintain relationships with all levels of staff, management, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, providing expert advice and achieving business outcomes.
If you have extensive experience in Patient Transport Services or similar roles in large, complex service environments, relevant tertiary qualifications, and a proven record of strategic leadership, we encourage you to apply.
