Associate Director, Project And Program Delivery, Infrastructure, Assets & Places (Brisbane)

Job Description
Our Project and Program Delivery team strategically partner with our clients to increase their likelihood of success by addressing challenges in developing and delivering major infrastructure projects and Programs of work. We provide integrated project management, project controls, project delivery, planning and design and, contract compliance and assurance advice using data-driven tools and methodologies and provide practical and reliable project support services.
Your Opportunity
Forming part of the Project and Program Delivery team, this role will play a key role in supporting our clients' needs by scoping and delivering projects on major infrastructure projects in the energy and resources sector, and day to day will:

• Be client facing, solving client problems, developing and writing proposals and, managing the delivery team,
• Maintain client relationships and build a presence at industry networking events,
• Provide subject matter expertise internally in the energy, water and renewables markets,
• Understand and solve client problems and mitigating risks when delivering major capital infrastructure programs of work for Water, Power and Renewables sectors,
• Prepare proposals and expressions of interest demonstrating KPMG capability to solve client/industry problems,
• Build a portfolio of consulting work that is enduring and sticky with existing and new clients,
• Build a high performing delivery team.

• You will be proficient in reporting and insights including forecasting, cost control/monitoring, risk plans, etc, whilst being able to effectively communicate and present findings.
• Previous experience leading/working in a Business Development/Consulting role whilst ensuring successful client deliverables across multiple projects and/or PMO.
• Strong PMO experience with Project controls or Project services.
• Previous Big 4 consulting and/or advisory skills and experiences are favourable.

Qualifications
We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in Project Management/ Engineering/ Risk/ Legal/ Accounting/ Commerce/ Finance or Economics.
