Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Profusion Team with a focus on full 360 degree recruitment.
You will have access to a fantastic network of Tier 1 Financial Services clients where we have long standing PSA Relationships.
Responsibilities
Client and Candidate Development
Business Development across an existing network of clients, along with new clients
Source new candidates using appropriate sourcing strategies (e.g. headhunting, advertising, networking, referrals, etc.)
Telephone screening and interviewing candidates face to face
Identifying shortlists for roles
Maintaining Database Records and folders
Relationship management and development of existing client relationships, many of whom are the leading Financial Services companies within Australia.
Building up a deep and versatile pool of candidates to meet client requirements
Match candidates to roles accurately and manage recruitment processes effectively with excellent levels of customer service
Manage workflow and prioritise effectively
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years experience within Recruitment (Financial Services advantageous)
Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence, positive attitude and self-driven
Established track record of success in terms of revenue billed and client satisfaction
An accomplished Business Developer and Relationship Manager
A recruiter who is most comfortable in a collaborative and team-orientated environment and prepared to support others
