The role
In this role, you'll be part of our Perth Financial Lines team headed up by Luke Vincent. The team work with a wide range of professionals, with a particular focus on the construction industry. You'll assist on coverage and defence matters for professional indemnity and directors and officers claims for our clients, as well as involvement with investigations and enquiries for a range of regulatory bodies.
Who you are
- A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in litigation or construction disputes.
- An understanding of professional indemnity matters, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex matters will be highly advantageous.
- Take pride in meticulous drafting and have a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
