As the Care Manager, you will work alongside a second Care Manager as Second in Charge of overseeing the full operation of a 100-bed Nursing Home in the Inner West of Sydney, close to a bustling highstreet and the train station.
What will some of your responsibilities be?
- You will work alongside a second Care Manager and share responsibility for all the aspects of the day-to-day operations within the clinical care setting.
- You will use your clinical expertise, leadership and clear communication skills to oversee the care team.
- With a strong understanding of quality clinical care, you will lead, inspire and educate care professionals to promote team skills resulting in the continual improvement of care.
- Salary: $130,000 - $135,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (depending on experience)
- 100 bed Nursing Home with lots of support onsite, including a second Care Manager, reporting to the Facility Manager.
- Fully accredited Home, with regular in-house training, education and development opportunities.
- Permanent full-time Monday to Friday role.

- AHPRA Registered Nurse with minimum 3 years’ experience.
- At least 1 years current experience in a Care Manager position.
- Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) qualification or willingness to obtain
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
