How will I help?
The relationships we have with our high-net-worth customers are one of the key cornerstones of our business. In this role is a middle office function where you deal with internal and external stakeholders, including dealing with external administrator, custodian, CHESS sponsor, and fund managers.
Working alongside our Investment Services Team, you'll manage the onboarding journey for new clients while also supporting existing clients with account maintenance and investment orders. Reconciliation, investigation and troubleshooting would be part of your day-to-day work Ultimately, you'll set an example for what service to the Private Wealth customer can be - and what that means for our success as well.

What do I need?
Experience in banking or investment and wealth - along with an operation experience and background in listed equities and/or unlisted investments. You'll confidently manage internal and external relations, and seamlessly handle a workload that's always changing.
We'd prefer a minimum of 1- 2 years in a financial/banking service industry with good attention of details and prioritisation also. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to best support our high-demand wealth business.
In addition, the below skills will be considered favourably:
- Exposure to financial markets and investment solutions
- Intermediate Excel capability
- Tertiary qualifications in a business- or finance-related discipline (desirable)
