As part of a dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal advice and strategic support to clients in the Energy and Resources sector. Your expertise will contribute to a wide range of transactions, projects, and regulatory matters, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges and achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic support to clients in the Energy and Resources sector.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on Energy and Resources laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Support clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance.
• Participate in due diligence processes and assess legal risks associated with transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and ensure effective project management.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and other relevant documents for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Stay updated on industry developments and changes in Energy and Resources laws and regulations.
• Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposals.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Corporate Energy and Resources or related practice area.
• Strong knowledge of Energy and Resources laws, regulations, and industry dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
