We have an opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Insurance team working with Yvette McLaughlin in Brisbane.

Join a team that works on a wide variety of complex statutory and liability claims, personal injury claims, multiple party actions, indemnity and quantum issues, scheme-sensitive matters and complex litigation
Act in matters under the Queensland WorkCover, PIPA and CTP regime, and advise clients on claims, proceedings and civil liability legislation
Get exposure working for a range of clients including insurers, self-insurers, government owned entities and large employers

More about you
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years' experience working for a well-regard Insurance firm with experience in personal injury and/or state compensation claims
Candidates with plaintiff experience are encouraged to apply
Strong demonstrable legal knowledge in the areas of experience and articulate oral and written communication skills
Proven professional approach to client management and working in a team environment
