ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as an ANUM in the Anaesthetics/PACU department at our East Melbourne campus.
This role will be Permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight over 9 days. The successful applicant will be pivotal in shift coordinating the PACU and Anaesthetic Team on a daily basis, ensuring safe delivery of care to our patients across 11 Operating Theatres.
Predominantly Monday to Friday work, with Saturday shifts on an ad hoc basis. The shifts range from a 0700 start with the latest rostered PM finish, 2230.

As an outstanding ANUM, you are a master, of time management, communication and expertise in this critical area.
Your skills will include:
- Post Graduate qualifications in Anaesthetic/PACU Nursing, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in this specialty area.
- Previous experience as an ANUM or shift in charge
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Clear understanding of ACORN and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
