About the department
Grutzner House is an accredited psychogeriatric nursing home, providing care for residents with specialised mental health issues or complex challenging behaviour.
The model of care at Grutzner House focuses on providing individualised, person-centered care in a home-like atmosphere. We seek to accommodate and optimise the independence of individuals while also enabling the freedom for residents to enjoy community activities.
The facility is equipped to provide care for up to 20 residents and is staffed around the clock by a dedicated team of nurses.
About the role
As ANUM in our dynamic, progressive unit, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of management skills in order to run a shift as nurse in charge to coordinate quality care for our residents.
The ANUM role models for the nursing team and is part of the Mental Health Service leadership group, and as such is expected to be regarded as a leader in establishing a high standard of nursing care.
