Our Executive Search team delivers high-profile and high-quality Board, CEO and executive assignments across a diverse range of public and private sectors. As an Associate, you have an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of these senior executive assignments for clients and to attract and support potential applicants, through proactive sourcing and the delivery of quality services in the projects you deliver.
You ideally bring some recruitment or research experience, however we are also open minded to a diverse range of backgrounds. You ideally have a strength in engaging with people at all levels and most importantly a level of humility. You are naturally curious, collaborative and committed to excellence in everything you do. You are a self-starter who shows initiative, has a high level of integrity, are well organised and quality focussed.
