Associate Principal/Head Of Secondary

Lake Joondalup Baptist College (LJBC) is a welcoming and diverse community where students and families connect to grow and enjoy a strong sense of belonging. Located in the heart of Joondalup, the vibrant, modern campus has been home to students from Pre Kindy to Year 12 for over 30 years. LJBC has become a thriving school community with 240 staff working together to provide PK-12 coeducational education to over 1400 students.

The Associate Principal / Head of Secondary contributes to LJBC’s purpose and strategic priorities by shaping the holistic school experience for secondary students and the continual development of the secondary teaching staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to play their part in nurturing students in a constantly changing context. 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Associate Principal / Head of Secondary. The successful applicant will be a collaborative team player with high levels of organisational and staff management skills. They will report to the Principal and will have:

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
