Who You Are:
You are an energetic and self-motivated Marketing professional with a passion for making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. As Associate Market Manager, you will help drive the growth of our Ostomy Care business by providing exceptional support to the Market Manager and wider sales team.
You will be a problem-solver with a creative mindset, supporting the growth Coloplast's largest portfolio to achieve business objectives across Australia and New Zealand
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing and administrative support with a range of healthcare professional engagement activities
- Develop and implement marketing collateral for the sales team
- Analyse and interpret market data for trends, insights and actions
- Manage Ostomy Care Brava product range including product launches, promotional activities, and pricing strategies
- Conduct sales reporting and analysis
- Work collaboratively with suppliers including advertising agencies, designers, printers, and promotion companies
- Develop and modify literature, posters, flyers, invitations, and other design work
- Coordinate and co-develop content for focus groups, educational events, and conference
To Succeed:
- Degree in marketing, business, project management, or similar; or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience in marketing, communications, or medical device/pharmaceutical sales
- Experience in multiple software packages including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) including strong presentation skills
- Methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail while at the same time maintaining an open-minded and flexible mentality
- A true team player attitude with the ability to plan, execute and meet deadlines
