Arrotex Pharma is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Product Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies for our growing portfolio of pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and create all marketing promotional items and advertising materials, all promotional and brand materials, adhering to company and industry regulations.
- Lead, tracking and execute on product related milestones in line product lifecycle
- Support the Lead in implementing, tracking and documenting the sales performance of product activities and/or portfolio initiatives.
- Conducting market research and analysis and forecasting of set products and as required.
- Support the in preparation of business cases, financial forecasts and budgets with an understanding of a P&L.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and marketing, to ensure successful implementation of brand initiative
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/finance or related field
- 2-4 years of product marketing or analytics experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with project management and/or product launch planning preferred
- Proactive with a strong work ethic and team player spirit
