Summary
The Strategy and Corporate Development team defines and executes the overall strategy for Aristocrat. The team’s responsibilities include developing the corporate strategy, executing on the corporate vision through both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, running the strategic planning process and the long-range plan, and a variety of other high-visibility projects.What You'll Do
The Associate Strategy and Corporate Development role is pivotal to the group. The Associate will be involved in developing and aligning the corporate strategy for Aristocrat. The Associate will also play a significant role in the long-range plan, working with a variety of leaders across business units and functional teams to define the strategic vision, tie the vison to a long-range financial plan, and help ensure alignment and accountability to the plan. The Associate will engage on M&A processes, including identifying potential targets, performing due diligence, running financial and valuation analyses, and deal execution. The Associate will be involved with a variety of other ad hoc projects. The Associate will have a unique opportunity to drive the future trajectory of a global gaming and technology company while engaging with senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking, Corporate Development, or similar roles
Excellent financial literacy, modelling, valuation and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to draw conclusions from strategic or financial results and communicate conclusions to executive leadership
Self-directed work style, ability to figure things out yourself, ability to think independently
Ability to manage multiple projects and processes with a strong sense of ownership
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven history of success and accomplishment
