The Role In this role, you will create value by: Being an integral part of our advisory capability, focused on delivering agreed client outcomes. You will have a clear understanding of the objectives of the engagement and conduct the engagement, research and analysis needed to create high quality client deliverables and contribute to a positive client experience. You will also bring a mindset of intellectual curiosity and a keen desire to deliver superior outcomes and experiences for our clients. Key responsibilities include: Quantitative / qualitative analysis for inclusion in client deliverables Building trusted and meaningful relationships with clients Building your own skills and capabilities Living the values that underpin Scyne Advisory Technically, you will bring to the position: A desire to gain experience with government / public sector organisations Strong communications and interpersonal skills Proven ability to deliver high quality analytical products and outcomes in agreed timeframes Demonstrated proficiency / training in quantitative / qualitative analytics, collaborative engagement (including design thinking) and stakeholder management Proven ability to work as part of a team A bachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant field such as project management, commerce or engineering, however other fields of study will also be considered. Advanced project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Professional Scrum Master or SAFe Agile are highly desirable (but not required). Recruitment and assessment process The interview process at Scyne generally involves two to three interviews including a blend of behavioural, technical, and scenario-based questions to assess a candidate's alignment to the role (and other current or future positions), the team, the business, and our values.
