As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the firms Litigation & Insolvency team. This role provides exposure to a diverse range of matters and clients from various industries and backgrounds. A flavour of the work you will be exposed to includes but is not limited to:
- Voluntary Administrations
- Liquidations
- Simple and complex commercial agreements
- Voidable transactions
- ATO litigation
- Personal Bankruptcy
- Building disputes
- Professional Negligence claims
- Property disputes
- Commercial disputes
- 5-7 years of post-admission experience
- Proven expertise in Litigation/Insolvency/Recovery matters
