What are we looking for?
Come and join our fast-growing Medical Law team in our Epping Office. We are now seeking a talented and qualified Associate / Senior Associate to join our expanding Medical Law practice. We are open to flexible work discussions and office location, however, this will be part of our wider Victorian practice.
Our Lawyers in the Medical Law teams across the country, assist clients who are impacted by medical negligence (also known as medical malpractice). This is the failure from a health-care provider, including GPs, dentists and specialists, to treat clients with reasonable skill and care, causing an injury as a result.
The successful person in this position will work closely with an established team across a range of Medical Law matters and will take carriage of a file load. This is an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to work with some incredibly talented and likeminded team members. Critical to the role will be forging strong links with internal and external stakeholders.
