We're currently seeking a talented and motivated AV and Security Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional services to our clients.
🔹 Position: AV and Security Technician
🔹 Location: South East Melbourne
🔹 Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Integration: Install, configure, and integrate AV systems, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems. Additionally, deploy and integrate security solutions such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality of AV and security systems.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, including project managers, and other technicians, to ensure seamless project execution and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in AV and/or security system installation and integration is a pre-requisite for this position.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting AV equipment and security systems.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in AV technology and security systems
