Our Company
Ben Furney Flour Mills is Australia's leading family-owned flour manufacturer and distributor based in regional NSW.
Our operation has been established for over 30 years and our business is continually growing to meet the needs of clients.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Operating and maintaining Automatic Packing Lines with precision and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conducting thorough quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed production targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimise warehouse space.
Key Abilities you will need:
- Forklift licence desirable but can be obtained on the job.
- Willingness to work shifts (AM, PM & Nights)
- Punctuality, reliability, the ability to work unsupervised are critical.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to undertake shift work
