An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Sunshine Coast GWM as a New Car Sales Manager. As a team member at Sunshine Coast GWM, you are part of the Pacific Gympie dealership group with three dealership locations at Kunda Park, Gympie and Caloundra and including brands such as GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda and Goodyear Autocare.
The Pacific Gympie dealership group is family-owned and has been operating for over 20 years and provides jobs to over 80 Sunshine Coast and Gympie locals. You will be joining a friendly, and positive team who are passionate about the GWM brand and all things automotive. With a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and a team of skilled professionals, we provide a dynamic and supportive work environment for individuals passionate about the automotive industry.
So, who are we looking for?
- Someone with previous experience as a Sales Manager or a Senior Vehicle Sales Consultant looking for career advancement.
- The proven ability to lead a sales team that consistently achieves their KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of digital lead source management and tracking experience and a strong understanding of the digital sales process.
- Proficient with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), Dealer Management Systems (DMS), video software, social media, and Microsoft applications.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise critical tasks.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain a great team.
- Strong financial and business acumen, and the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and dealership operations.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
- A current manual driver's licence is mandatory

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
