AddressMotor Hospital are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Service Advisor, with excellent sales skills and friendly customer service to join our team at Kelvin Grove.
You are a person with experience in the automotive industry, enjoy a customer facing role and are highly organised and efficient. We are a small family business offering a role that is challenging and rewarding.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Service Assistant/Manager or Sales Assistant in the automotive industry (essential).
- Be self motivated and organised
- Be solutions focused and enjoys achieving goals
- Have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and what it takes to run the operations of a family automotive business.
- Be savvy with sales and driven by the challenge to achieve daily KPI's
- Be proficient in Mechanics Desk (desired), Autoguru, ICO Safety Certificates, Navigator and Ezi Parts.
- Be a hands-on operator who can make decisions on the run and multitask.
- Be a team player, who demonstrates exceptional communication skills and takes pride in your work.
- Possess an enthusiastic can-do attitude and an ability to stay positive throughout your busy day.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers and take control of the front counter.
- Take enquires and service bookings
- Keep customers up to date with vehicle progress
- Liaise with the mechanics to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Prepare quotes and convert into sales
- Drive new business through the provision of superior service
- Handle customer concerns
- Keep upper management informed of day-to-day activities
- Maintain the Motor Hospital's high-quality service and repair reputation, minimising comebacks by ensuring customer needs are met.
