Autmotive Administration Officer / Service Advisor
Taylored Automotive is a locally owned Dysart business servicing the Bowen Basin. We are seeking Administration Officers for immediate start. Having been operating in Dysart for over 10 years, we provide an opportunity to join a reputable company as a permanent/full time employee. We are offering:
- Full time role located in Dysart, Queensland
- 4/3 (Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed) 6AM to 6PM
- $85,000 starting salary
- Relocation allowance of $2000.00
- Weekly rental/housing assistance of $100.00

About the role:
- Fast paced work environment
- Provide customer service, in person, by phone & by email
- Coordinate customer fleet maintenance requirements
- Communicate & document repair updates
- Process quotes & invoices
- Liaise with workshop & parts department
- Receipt customer payments
- Build & maintain working relationships with customers & team members
We are seeking some who:
- Has a current driver’s license
- Can understand & manage priorities
- Has previous automotive industry experience
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent organization & communication skills
- Has a high degree of computer literacy
- Works well within a team, but also confidently without supervision
- Has a passion for the automotive industry
- Is an Australian resident or citizen, currently living in Australia
