Autonomous NPD Field Follow Manager on our Autonomous Vehicle Deployment Team,
We are looking for a Autonomous NPD Field Follow Manager to join our team. The Autonomous NPD Field Follow Manager is responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as managing a team of Field Support Engineers, looking after testing and validation of Autonomous Road trains, developing processes and maintaining a safe work environment.

The Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based in the Perth, Western Australia area
Responsibilities
As an Autonomous NPD Field Follow Manager on our Autonomous Vehicle Deployment Team, you will:
- Manage the New Product Development Field Support Team
- Monitor testing and validation of the Hexagon Autonomous Road trains
- Be responsible for sucessfully testing product requirements for an on time deployment
- Work closely with Engineers, Customers, and Validation team to facilitate the support of cutting-edge vehicle autonomy development
Qualifications
Must Have:
- A Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience in related field
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lead a remote team and travel to mine site occasionally (FIFO)
- Ability to create and drive process within a global company
- Knowledge of or experience working on a maintenance team tied to the production of a mine site

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hold meetings to align with Shift supervisors on site, attend off shift meetings with globally distributed team, and make occasional site visits for face to face team meetings.
