Elan Dance EST. Perth is seeking an experienced and service driven head honcho (Studio Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the dance company, including staff, membership sales, class scheduling, CRM, marketing, bookkeeping, website maintainance and studio maintenance.

Èlan Dance Est. is a first of it's kind in Australia. We are a trail blazing dance studio leading the pack in our dance class and event offerings. - Certificate IV or higher is Business Management
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in people management
- A valid driver's licence and police clearance
- Confidence to welcome clients by name
- Experience smashing KPI's and sales targets
- Above and beyond Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in managing social platforms
- A gun at community engagement and outreach
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Work well as part of a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Suite; CANVA and Wordpress
- Ability to learn and develop a proficiency in ClubReady Systems to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Experience in debt collection and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the
telephone and via email. - Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.

Location: Perth, WA
Hours of work:
The position will commence on part time hours and will transition into a full time role. Our peak classes are after 4pm during the week and all day Saturday. So the successful applicant will need to be flexible with their working hours. Hours can be negotiable around class times and some work from home possible.
