OUR STUDIO MANAGER ROLE
S30 Studio South Perth is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Studio Manger for our freshly built state of the art weight based group fitness studio.
- Manage staff, rosters, all studio admin and maintaining our studio member base.
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Managing and running all studio events through the calendar year.
- Out-reach to local businesses and corporate businesses for lead generation
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Conversion of trial member users to full memberships
- Onboarding new coaches through our system operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Studio
- Manage all enquiries through social media accounts, email accounts and calls

Whats the role support like?
We provide management with an easy to follow studio guidelines that consists of daily tasks and processes to follow each day. You will also have the full support of the studio owners.

Requirements
- Previous Studio Manager experience - essential
- Completed Cert IV in Fitness
- Updated first aid
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a fitness coach
- Prior experience in sales and business development
- Prior experience in using CRM technology
- Experience in lead generation
