We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the AW1500 Fleet Manager. This role will oversee the management of the Waubra and Gunning Wind Farms, ensuring safety, efficiency, and optimal performance of the AW1500 fleet.
Oversee all wind farm aspects, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, continuous improvement, and regulatory adherence.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing across the AW1500 fleet, fostering a consistent standard of safety and operational excellence.
Lead staff and contractors, cultivating a positive work culture, and ensuring continuous development and growth.
Maximise wind farm availability, production, and revenue through strategic management and collaboration with Central Support.
Ensure strict budget adherence, compliance with operational excellence programs, effective stakeholder management, and timely reporting on wind farm performance.

Required Skills and Competencies
Hold a relevant qualification in Business or Engineering disciplines.
Experience as a site manager or operational leader, showcasing strong leadership skills.
Exhibit proficiency in preparing and managing annual operational expenditure budgets, along with a track record of supervising external service providers.
Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical plant, equipment, communications and control systems as related to energy generation assets
Demonstrate an understanding of Australian regulatory reporting and compliance requirements for generators, highlighting regulatory acumen.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions at all levels, including key executives.
