We are proudly part of Japan Post —Location Flexible - Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or SydneyExciting new opportunity for a Fleet Sustainability Manager to join our Global Fleet team, where you will play a leading role in advancing Toll’s commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices.Reporting into the General Manager, Global Fleet Management, you will be responsible for researching, developing and implementing sustainability Fleet focused strategies, initiatives, and programs across our logistics and forwarding operations.This position is an integral part of delivering the wider Toll Sustainability Strategy and will work in close collaboration with Group Sustainability.Key responsibilities include:Collaborate with the Group Sustainability Leader to develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.Identify opportunities for sustainability improvements within logistics operations and supply chain processes.Formulate, communicate, and enforce sustainability policies and procedures throughout the organization.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of sustainable logistics.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and industry partners.Build Toll’s multi-year Fleet plan comprising a combination of Diesel, Hydrogen, Electric and other emerging technologies. Work with the Head of Commercial to cost this multi-year plan.Develop and implement systems for collecting, analysing, and reporting sustainability metrics.Foster a culture of sustainability awareness and responsibility throughout the organization.To ensure your success you will possess:Proven experience in a sustainability role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence change at all levels of the organization.Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP) is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
