The Role:
The National Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for driving Fleet Sales objectives and building strong customer relationships. This role involves collaborating with the ARB network, delivering product presentations, and providing support to ARB store teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive Fleet Sales and excel in client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop, build, and maintain relationships with existing fleet customers and related businesses across Australia.
- Identify and initiate potential business relationships to grow brand recognition and sales within the fleet market.
- Conduct regular meetings with major customers to ensure their needs are met and provide updates on new products.
- Deliver product presentations and training, both online and in person, to current and potential clients as required.
ARB Network Relationship Management:
- Provide support and guidance to the ARB network Fleet Sales teams, assisting their efforts in Fleet Sales.
- Attend meetings and presentations with dealer fleet teams and current or potential fleet customers when necessary.
- Collaborate with State Managers and ARB Network to discuss fleet activity and opportunities.
About you:

- Extensive experience in Fleet Sales within the automotive industry or dealer group.
- Understanding of the Fleet Management Organisation market, and their relationships with fleets and dealers.
- Up-to-date industry knowledge and understanding of Fleet Sales trends.
- Motivated and driven to achieve results with a culture of accountability.
- A team first mindset; recognising that the Company's success depends on effective teamwork.
