Ba Practice Lead - 12 Month Day Rate

My client, a leading organisation in Australia's wealth & investment space, has an exciting opening for a Business Analysis Practice Lead to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract. They will be responsible for managing the Business Analysis team, uplifting the Business Analysis capability and optimizing BA Service excellence.

The requirements:
      
·      Strong experience successfully leading and running BA Practice
·      Experience executing end-to-end project delivery and optimizing BA service excellence (both Agile & Waterfall)
·      Mentor and coach Business Analysis team through best practices
·      Expertise in tools including JIRA and Confluence
·      Relevant certification (preference for CBAP)
·      Experience in investment/wealth/financial services highly regarded
·      Very strong stakeholder management skills
·      Ability to lead internal and external stakeholders
