ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled back-end lawyer to join their esteemed Sydney Construction team, driven by continued growth.
This team handles a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes, including complex contract issues, regulatory enforcement, arbitration, and Security of Payment adjudications. They primarily serve top and mid-tier contractors and are known for delivering innovative, commercially focused solutions.
Involved in many of NSW's major infrastructure projects, the team primarily advises contractors but also works with relevant government agencies. They offer a practical, commercial approach to legal services, competing with top-tier firms in significant infrastructure back-end and project advisory work.
ABOUT YOU
You are a skilled back-end Construction Lawyer with at least three years of post-admission experience in a mid to large-sized firm. Your deep industry knowledge and passion for construction drive your career ambitions. You possess excellent communication skills and thrive both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
