About the role
You will be joining & in charge of one of Melbourne's best sourdough team of Bakers.
Your knowledge of sourdough will be tested, daily, in one of Melbourne's very few "Real Sourdough" Bakeries still running, come & express your love of Sourdough!

Skills and experience
- 3 years in a sourdough operation
- or
- 5 years in a normal Bakery
- Proven Experience in management.
