Responsible for the daily running of Maple Bakery, the successful person must be energetic and enthusiastic person with thrives of positive experiences for both customers and team!
About you :
- Friendly, outgoing & driven for success of business
- Excels in customer service
- Friendly & approachable
- Barista training
- Advanced food handling knowledge
- Current Driver's License
- Previous experience in hospitality venue management, OR
- Previous experience management or supervising staff in similar role
- Must be available weekends / weekdays
We require :
- Running day to day service
- Quick thinking for on the spot marketing ideas during service
- Ability to train staff to excel
- Ensuring Daily Checklist being complete – Open, Close, Weekly, Monthly etc.
- Ensure Wastage & Stock remaining spreadsheets are being filled out daily
- Training and empowering supervisors to grow & develop
- Continue with process in place and implement new process’ where required
- Implement new job & tasks daily to ensure venue health & safety process are in place & continued at high standard
- Stock control & management
- Checking up on all venues to ensure stock rotation, day to day service & staff completing tasks correctly.
- Reporting to owner
