Large wholesale bakery near Sydenham station requires a Bakery Manager to oversee production.
As Bakery Manager you would have at least 5 years head baker experience/ Bakery Manager experience and have an understanding of the day to day running of a wholesale bakery. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Rosters (with department managers)
Oversee all department managers
Quality assurance
Maintenance/repair and organisation of bakery machinery
Staff training and recruitment
Overseeing Cleaning and responsible for the physical bakery state
NSW health authority compliance
HACCP compliance
Oversee all team members (including department managers)
New product development
This is a full time role, weekends are limited, and day shifts.
