AddressSuncorp Group is looking for a motivated Personal Banker to provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers. Join our team at our Hobart branch on a permanent basis. This is a flexi part-time role offering a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Our Personal Bankers provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers within our customer channel at Suncorp. In this role, you will interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customer’s best interests at heart.
The roster for this role will be 3 days a week: Monday 8.30am - 3pm, Thursday 8.30am - 3pm and Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm.
What you’ll do
- Interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customers best interests at heart.
- Provide brilliant interactions to help build the futures & protect what matters for our customers, both through digital and telephony channels.
- Resolve customers queries first time so that they don’t need to contact us again for the same purpose regardless of the channel where you are interacting with the customer.
- Make the right decisions & do the right thing for our customers in accordance with process, procedures & risk appetite.
- Contribute to growth in the bank, across both lending and deposit portfolio’s as well as through effective insurance interactions for customers.
