Senior BA, Perth Based, 12-month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract This advertisement is hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to join our remediation teams who has proven experience in leading multiple existing/new technical initiatives in their career. The requirement is to learn the systems and processes, use your skills to acquire the business context, collaborate with Business to understand the root cause and develop solutions.
Your Team
We are a large group of Technical & Business Analysts that support large scale project delivery for Bankwest. As part of the Business Analysis Chapter, you will be embedded within squads across the business areas, developing integrated solutions across internal and external platforms. Joining us as a Senior Business Analyst you'll work with the Business and Technical teams on remediation solutions .
What will you do and what we will need :
Leading discovery, process and data analysis to perform remediation activities for our customers. Strong Technical ability required, to look at some of data and code to synthesise business and technical requirements/concepts and present them in simple terms. Prior experience in remediation with financial background needed Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between the technical team and Business, by translating the technical concepts in simple language to Business and vice versa. Ability to quickly learn the new systems/applications and understand the impact of technical changes to multiple Business areas Ability to drive new requirements, taking lead role, supporting Product Owners through the end-to-end discovery and delivery process Strong analytical and collaborative Skills required as need to deal with Business Owners and multiple teams A risk mindset to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks Experience with both traditional and Agile delivery practices including backlog creation and refinement, and associated requirements gathering, discovery and analysis You can be you, we want the real people beneath the skill set.
