An exciting Sydney based opportunity exists to join BOQ Groups' Transformation & Ops team as a Banking Operations Officer.
The roles’ purpose is to support the BOQS frontline and operations for all transactional accounts ensuring effective operation from enquiry and origination through to account initiation, account usage, account maintenance and account closure.
You will be responsible for engaging and collaborating with your team along with external & internal stakeholders, with the likes of BOQS ops & sales teams. Along with prioritizing customer needs and providing an exceptional customer experience while upholding a high quality, operational excellence, risk and quality management and continuous improvement.
About you

We are looking for someone who flourishes working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the banking sector with but this is not essential, if you have a willingness to learn & grow. Someone who has a background in customer service or has experience building internal relationships with excellent communication skills - this would be the job for you.
Excellent time management come naturally to you. Yes – you are highly organised and live and breathe all things process efficiency, with a keen eye for detail! You keep cool, calm, and collected under pressure and are at your best when you are working towards tight deadlines.
