As an Operations Officer at BOQ Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dealers and key stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and processing payments, ensuring compliance with stock audits and policy, and managing invoice processing with a keen eye for quality assurance to minimize risks.
You will also handle trade finance transactions, ensuring adherence to import and foreign payment guidelines, and oversee the billing of fees to dealer accounts within product guidelines.
Your expertise will extend to providing exceptional support and training to dealers and distributors, utilising phone and email communication to guide them on floorplan facility and systems. Your coordination skills will ensure that all daily and periodic tasks are completed within the set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Accountabilities:
- Processing accreditation requests for on-boarding of introducers of retail business.
- Preparing and checking that all documentation has been prepared correctly in line with approval conditions and/or policy requirements.
- Work with our Sales and Credit teams to co-ordinate settlement of floorplan facilities from documentation through to disbursement of funds at settlement in an accurate, timely and organised manner.
- Reviewing all documentation is correctly executed prior to settlement and release of funds.
- Establishment of distributor and dealer setup in floorplan systems.
- Work with dealers and other key stakeholders to identify and process payments to systems.
- Ensure stock audits are completed and compliance within policy.
- Complete invoice processing within policy and quality assurance processes are adhered to minimise risks to the business
- Complete processing for trade finance transactions for compliance with import and foreign payments guidelines.
- Process billing of fees to dealer accounts within product guidelines
- Provide support and training to dealers and distributor via telephone and email communication on floorplan facility and systems used by external parties.
- Work to co-ordinate resources to complete all daily and periodic tasks within SLA's.
