In this role, you'll support a wide range of Banking Services, including Accountable Form and Stationery Orders, Armaguard Cash Settlements, Audit Certificates, Mail Correspondence, Couriers and Storage, Deregistered Companies, Government Compliance Requests, Insolvency and Public Trustee Requests, Interest Adjustments, Packages, Mortgage Offset Accounts, Return to Sender Mail, Suspense Account Reconciliations, Trust Account Reporting, Unclaimed Monies, and Withholding Tax Refunds.
About youWe're seeking a proactive individual to work independently, supporting our Team Leader by efficiently and accurately processing customer requests from Branches and Operations personnel.
You will have the ability to follow guidance, exceed customer needs, lead by example, and assist team members. You'll excel in meeting deadlines, working independently, and communicating effectively. Strong time management, negotiation, and numeracy skills are essential. A solid understanding of branch responsibilities and customer requirements, along with prior experience in banking and finance, will set you apart.
