Responsibilities
- Working as part of our growing account fulfilment team, you will be responsible for the processing of mortgage loan documentation and mortgage settlements.
- Ensure accurate completion of mortgage settlement documentation
- Discharging of mortgages
- Provide instructions within timeframes on mortgage discharges and settlements to solicitors
- Preparation of loan funding documents
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must – you have a understanding of the legal process around Mortgage processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
