Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate till balances.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender or bar staff in a similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Responsible alcohol service (RSA)
