- Determine effective attraction, recruitment, and selection strategies, managing and delivering recruitment campaigns.
- Manage an effective and efficient on-boarding process consistently across the School.
- Provide generalist P&C support, advice, coaching and services to all managers and staff.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders and provide support with end-to-end P&C operational requirements and implementing strategic objectives.
- Provide ER and IR advice and support.
- Develop new P&C processes and cultural initiatives.
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in a HR/P&C generalist position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
- Solutions oriented approach to work and customer service orientation.
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
