The Venue
Located inside The Holiday Inn, The Warwick Bistro, Bar and Grill hosts an oversized 360 degree bar, VIP lounge, bottle shop, wrap around balcony overlooking parklands and a sun-drenched beer garden. A picturesque dining spot any time of the year it offers an extensive menu specialising in honest pub food with a fusion twist. The Warwick is a hotspot venue for Western Sydney, catering to all ages in a casual, social environment.

Assist our team in creating an amazing experience for all guests as a Food & Beverage team member at The Warwick!
We have a number of casual roles available for enthusiastic and people focused team members including:

Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the success of our venue. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across all food and beverage areas including our Bars, Bistro and VIP gaming room.
These positions provide an excellent opportunity for both experienced food and beverage attendants and individuals interested in starting their career in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Handling enquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Ensuring all areas are well presented and have a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Adhering to all legislation relating to liquor and Gaming
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
- Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) essential if interested in Gaming.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
