Our Thai Restaurant and Bar is a relaxed friendly oasis in Sydney's George Street in the vibrant and busy China Town, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join the team!! We are looking forward to hire a fulltime Restaurant Manager to join us in a busy restaurant with hands-on experienced chefs and to lead a friendly team.
Restaurant Manager:
The position in a full time role, predominantly 38 hours per week, and a salary package starting from $71,000+ super.
Applicants are required to have a minimum of 2 years hospitality management experience and relevant education background. In this position you will work closely with other area managers and staff in a dynamic team.
Key areas of responsibility are:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Full restaurant service with the occasional dinner events, catering and private functions
- Employing and training new staffs
- Scheduling and wage targets
- Managing and supervising staffs
- Liaising with suppliers
- Help improve performance and productivity
- Comply with health regulations
- Assist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
- Assist chefs to develop new seasonal menus and drink menus
- Monitor restaurant performance and report to various stakeholders
