What We're Looking For: We are searching for a Bar Manager who possesses:
- Extensive wine knowledge and creative cocktail experience
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Strong understanding of processes including budget reporting, ordering, stock rotation, and stock taking
Responsibilities: As our Bar Manager, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operation, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Create and maintain a diverse and innovative cocktail menu
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and service excellence
