- A passion for delivering and driving a high level of customer satisfaction and service with a vibrant personality to match
- Management Experience working in both Restaurant & Bar environments
- Be reliable and flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekend work, nights & holidays
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- High level communication skills, in all written, verbal and listening areas
- Relevant qualifications including RSA and RSG
- Experience with Gaming, Keno & TAB highly advantageous
- Function Experience
- RMLV or gaming nominee qualification a bonus
- Able to lead and instruct other team members
- Ordering stock, entering invoices & conducting monthly stock takes
- Rostering
- Training of Staff
- Attention to detail
Relevant Skills:
- Communicating effectively with customers and fellow staff.
- Experience in hospitality management.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Exceptional decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
- Highly organized.
- Work alongside supportive Head Chef & Functions Manager.
