Bar & Restaurant Manager

Surfers Paradise Golf Club offers an opportunity to be a part of a small, yet very enthusiastic, dedicated and customer focused team.

So what will it take to secure the role? You will have:

• A passion for delivering and driving a high level of customer satisfaction and service with a vibrant personality to match
• Management Experience working in both Restaurant & Bar environments
• Be reliable and flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekend work, nights & holidays
• Excellent personal presentation and grooming
• High level communication skills, in all written, verbal and listening areas
• Relevant qualifications including RSA and RSG
• Experience with Gaming, Keno & TAB highly advantageous
• Function Experience 
• RMLV or gaming nominee qualification a bonus
• Able to lead and instruct other team members
• Ordering stock, entering invoices & conducting monthly stock takes
• Rostering
• Training of Staff
• Attention to detail

• Communicating effectively with customers and fellow staff.
• Experience in hospitality management.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Exceptional decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
• Highly organized.
• Work alongside supportive Head Chef & Functions Manager.
